FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01. When will my documents arrive?
Every supplier has its own document issuance dates and deadlines, but most companies will make their e-documents available 28-30 days prior to your trip departure. If you wish to have your documents prior to that date, we are required to make a special request to teh supplier, and this is done on a case by case basis. SOme tour documents arrive as late as 1 week prior to departure. We will always advise you.
02. Who should I contact if I have any queries?
While the individual agent you are dealing with would be the best source of information regarding your personal file, we encourage you to contact us at our general email, or contact form, or directly by any of the means above, about anything you have queries about. If you wish to start a general TRIP QUOTE, please fill out the form and someone will reply to you within 24 hours.
03. How can I cancel or change my booking?
Each supplier has their own change and cancellation policies. As such, the change and cancellation procedures will depend on the supplier you have booked with through our agency. We recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE to all passengers, as most tour operators and suppliers have penalties ranging from your deposit only to 100% of your booking amount. Often, the fees get higher the closer you get to departure date, and it is important to be aware of the supplier's change or cancellation policies. If you have not received a copy of these policies from your agent, please contact us and we will ensure you are sent a copy of your tour operator's policies immediately.
04. How do I file a complaint?
If you have an issue with your booking, please notify your agent immediately, so they can take preventative and immediate steps to fix any issues, or reply to any complaint you have. FOR EXAMPLE: Most airlines will allow cancellations within 24 hours for a flight booking that has errors on any part of the flight details.
